Robert E. Helm, MD

Founder & President

Bob attended medical school at Cornell and trained in General and Cardiothoracic Surgery at New York-Columbia Presbyterian Hospitals and Memorial Sloan-Kettering. As a practicing cardiac surgeon specializing in minimally invasive heart valve surgery, he has conducted extensive research in cardiothoracic surgery and critical care, focusing on iatrogenic injury and surgical outcomes. With 40 years of patient care experience, he identified a pervasive issue—PIV failure—that was harming patients daily. ONE IV Solutions represents his commitment to solving this problem through innovation and expertise.

Douglas Lawrence, MBA

CEO

Doug holds a degree in Engineering from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Business. Doug has spent over 30 years running global healthcare businesses at Becton Dickinson and Procter & Gamble. He was Head of R&D for Infusion Therapy at Becton Dickinson, where he was responsible for the peripheral IV catheter business team, generating $400M in global sales. His business and personal experience in the healthcare field led to an understanding of the depth and breadth of the problem of PIVC failure.

Anne-Marie Cromwick, Ph.D

VP, Quality & Regulatory Affairs

Anne-Marie has a degree in Chemistry from Bates College, ME and a dual degree Ph.D. in Plastics Engineering and Polymer Science from University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Dr. Cromwick has diverse healthcare experience, having worked in both R&D and Quality capacities for multiple medical device companies and pharmaceutical contract research organizations.

David Cromwick, MBA

VP of Operations

David holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA (with Operations focus) from the UMass Lowell. With over 40 years of experience in the medical device industry, David has built a robust career working with some of the most renowned companies in the field. David specializes in Quality, Regulatory, and Operations roles. His extensive background in both the technical and operational aspects of the medical device industry makes him a pivotal figure in ensuring the company's operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Adam Helm

Director of Product Design

Adam received his design degree from Siena College, and has worked in design and product development for over 35 years. Learning about the problem of PIVC failure from his brother Bob, Adam decided to dedicate his own experience, creative skill set, and resources to help solve the problem of PIVC failure. He brings to ONE.IV an important understanding of form and function, and broad set of creative abilities.

Christina Fay, MBA

Director of Business Development

Christina holds an undergraduate degree from Colgate University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She has worked with several successful start-ups in the internet and cybersecurity sectors, where she applied her business acumen to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and navigate start-up challenges. This experience honed her skills in adaptability, innovation, and strategic planning. At ONE IV Solutions, Christina leverages her background to implement growth development strategies.
